Here you'll find key ball manipulation moves to become more comfortable, fluid, confident, and dynamic on the ball.
These are not all skills to beat a player (although most of these can be used in 1v1s), they are moves to be performed in a small area, with high repetition, using both feet.
Try to complete at least 3-5 different moves each day (excl. matchdays). This shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes.
Complete 50 repetitions of each full move. 25 times working with the players' right foot, 25 with their left. For example, 50 toe taps would simply be 50 touches. Although, the more complex moves require more touches to complete one repetition. Funky toe taps for example takes 150 touches to complete 50 repetitions of the move. The name of the move helps with understanding what one repetition of the move takes.
After the very first time you complete a move, time how many the player can do in 30 seconds and note down how many repetitions they completed in the 30 second period. From then, every 5 more occasions they complete the move, time how many they completed in 30 seconds. This allows the player to see clear, measurable progress.
